Christmas 2021
Dear Church Family,
Christmas Greetings! Dean and I wish for you and your family a blessed Christmas season filled with joy beyond your expectations!
This Christmas, once again, we would like to express how delighted we are to be a part of such a wonderful church family. What a gift! Your love and support have made this a very special and memorable year. Your gracious comments and the tender way you have touched our lives and supported us have not gone unnoticed. Thank YOU!
During this very special season, we invite you to join us as we open our hearts to the true spirit of Christmas. This is a season that calls for childlike anticipation, excitement, faith and love. Just as the promises of thousands of years of prophecy were fulfilled with the birth of Jesus Christ that first Christmas, there is HOPE for our world this holiday season.
Our prayer for you is that God’s joy, hope and peace will fill your heart and home. May this be a season of God speaking and visiting you in special ways as you experience the reality of Emmanuel, God with us. These lines from one of my favorite Christmas carols, “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” express it well:
O holy Child of Bethlehem,
Descend to us, we pray;
Cast out our sin, and enter in,
Be born in us today.
May you have the gladness of Christmas, which is hope; the spirit of Christmas, which is peace; and the heart of Christmas, which is love. Let this be a time when meaningful dreams are born into your heart, and may they come to fruition in the New Year.
May God bless each of you and give you a blessed Christmas!
With best wishes,
Mike and Dean Lewis
