Dear Cathedral Family,
I wanted to update you on a recent development here at the church. One of our staff members, who is asymptomatic, tested positive for COVID-19 this week. As soon as we heard the result on Thursday, we closed down the church offices and instructed our staff members to be tested.
Since then, our cleaning crew has been hard at work cleaning and sanitizing our facilities. In addition to normal cleaning protocols, we have sanitized our building with Vital Oxide (approved by the EPA for use against SARS-CoV-2) via an ionizer & treated overnight with the hospital-grade Halo Disinfection System.
Our plan at this time is to proceed with our in-person gatherings for services this Sunday. Should that change, we will notify you as soon as possible.
